Our Current Turnaround Time:
- Majority of products will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are noted on the page for each product.
All products will ship via UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority from our workshop in Tempe, Arizona. A tracking email will be sent when the product has shipped.
Expedited shipping is available - email customer service at hello@lilyandriver.com for pricing if you need expedited shipping.
We can not ship our large items to a PO box, UPS needs a physical address. We will contact you for an updated shipping address if you enter a PO box for large items.
Available Ship-To Locations:
- All 50 U.S. States (Shipping to AK and HI will cost more)
- Canada
- All other international Countries (via UPS Worldwide Expedited)
- APO, FPO, PR (Little Rocker can not be shipped to APO or FPO)
* International Customers are responsible for all Duty and Customs fees. The shipping fee does not include duty or customs fees.
